The Problem
Parents had no structured way to share household rules, dietary restrictions, or emergency contacts before their children's sleepovers. Existing social apps didn't address these specific family safety needs, leaving coordination informal and trust a guessing game.
The Solution
We built a family-profile-first platform: parents create verified profiles with household rules, dietary info, and emergency contacts to establish trust upfront. WebSocket-powered real-time chat connects parents directly, Firebase Cloud Messaging keeps everyone informed with timely notifications, and in-app payments support premium features — all within a secure, role-based architecture on AWS with MongoDB for flexible profile and message storage.
