We built NP2Go's patient and provider portals — a unified digital platform connecting patients with nurse practitioners and four integrated pharmacy partners, built for a woman-owned healthcare startup focused on accessible weight loss services.

The Problem
Patients seeking specialized weight loss services faced high costs, limited access, and fragmented communication with providers. NP2Go had no digital infrastructure for appointment booking, patient management, or direct pharmacy ordering — limiting their ability to scale nationwide.
The Solution
We built a secure patient portal with Auth0 authentication, dynamic intake forms, and a booking widget — plus a dedicated provider portal for managing patients and prescriptions. We integrated with Healthie Platform for telehealth management and connected four pharmacy partners (Southend, Absolute, Empower, and Revive) for direct online medication ordering, all hosted on AWS for nationwide scalability.
